The EXC Plug Valve from TSI Flow Products is a compact low torque plug valve for Standard Service and NACE Service with a 15,000 PSIG Working Pressure.
Designed with a 25% lower torque requirement than a conventional Plug Valve, it uses 50% less grease. Available with various actuators, including Manual, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electric. Contact your local TSI Flow Products sales rep for more information.

EXC Plug Valve Features
- Service:
- 15,000 psig WP – Standard Service.
- 15,000 psig WP – NACE service. NOTE: This option is only available with Flanged EXC Plug Valve.
- Bottom Cap -hex socket size: 1.75” flat to Flat.
- Low Torque: 25% lower torque than Conventional PV.
- Grease Volume: 50% less Grease Volume than Conventional PV.
- Bottom Entry: Minor Kit can be replaced inline. (Actuator mounting surface: Top)
- Actuator options:

- Electric Actuator.
- NUMBER OF TURN TO OPEN/CLOSE: ¼ TURN. (Direction: CCW=Open. CW=CLOSE).

- The torque values above are breakaway torques from the closed position. These values may be changed depending on the valve conditions and applications. Please see Greasing Procedure and Plug valve manual for valve maintenance.
- The values shown in this table are for reference as a guide to select actuators. A minimum safety factor of 1.3 is recommended for actuator sizing.
