Two stage pressure bleed system

  • EPRV – 15,000 psi max pressure relief valve
    • Using electromagnetic actuated valve with carbide trim to drop the system psi and flow rate below critical flow
    • Carbide trim allows us to get below critical flow conditions for the 2nd stage and re-seats
  • 3,000 psi B-BV15 valve
    • The 2nd stage (B-BV15) allows the system to bleed to 0 psi or can be shut in to equalize pressure on both sides
    • Minimum relief pressure can be adjusted by OEM if requested

Operational Testimony

Since July of 2025, we have been utilizing the TSI MagniForce EPRV in operations in South Texas Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk plays. It has proven itself to be a robust and simple to operate unit that has cut hours off our operation in time saved. This valve has proven its reliability in harsh conditions both environmental and operation all while maintaining +/- 2psi accuracy.

The bleeder valve (B-BV15) we’ve been gathering data on, has proven to be stronger than the typical 1×2 plug valves. We have seen 3x to 4x life in comparison in day-to-day operations.
